Post Measures Risk Assessment (PMRA)
Based on the Risk Assessment, Post Measures Risk Assessment (PMRA) is examined to see if the risk levels in the machine have decreased to acceptable levels. The post-measures risk assessment is similar to a second Risk Assessment after improvements.
EN ISO 13849-1 Conformity Report (SISTEMA)
EN ISO 13849-1 conformity report service is offered under EN ISO 13849-1 and EN ISO 13849-2 standards, which cover the calculation and reporting of the Performance Level (PL) value of the safety-related parts of the machine's control system. Ideally, this service, provided through SISTEMA or PAScal when requested, consists of the following stages:
- Evaluation of components used for the safety control system,
- Analyzing the installations and connections of sensors and actuators,
- Quantitative calculation and reporting of PL values reached by all specified safety functions,
- Evaluation of Common Cause Failure (CCF) factors.
Machine Downtime Measurement
Machine Downtime Measurement
Safety devices used in machines and systems to quickly stop the system and reduce the risk in case of a possible danger in areas accessible to the upper and lower limbs are known as Electronic Sensitive Protection Devices (ESPE). It is a requirement of the work equipment use regulation that regular tests (functionality and positioning) of safety equipment be carried out by authorized persons.
EN ISO 13855 standard provides basic requirements for the integration of safety devices into the system. As GMGTEST, we carry out ESPE measurements with our high-precision measuring devices that we regularly calibrate in accordance with EN ISO 13855 standard. In this way, we measure the downtime of the machine in case of danger and determine the accuracy of the positions of ESPE devices in the machines by calculating the safety distance with various parameters. In the animation below, you can see with which devices and how ESPE measurement is made, from the link below:
